but another thing is to make a division under the 5.th divisjon thats is the noobs division . could that be easier to manage ??

donno.. but if we are gonna have this leage we have to have domeone who will administrate it and then the clans could register for the noobs league

but I think that if u isnt a nub and plays this league.. that would just be lame , and it would kind a ruin the point
