My chipset drivers weren't properly installed. My computer was running at 1x agp or something. Currently kicking ass @ 8x

My computer has 1024 ddr ram, 3,2 ghrtz, and radeon 9800 xt.. My fps drops below 90 when playing on servers.. v_sync is currently off, and my config (I believe) is more or less @ the correct setting. Does anyone have a possible thing that I can do to get a higher fps? I'm desperate!

Leaving iN out of the equation, I imagine a final between cSu^ and [j]'. cSu^ has a consistant team, with McCree^ that either playes well, or extremely well at times (I'm not saying that he's doing all the dirty work for the team, but that he gives cSu the edge in decisive rounds). I can't see [M.I]...
