Well I've found them on the web and then edited to my liking. So the original and most challenging graphical work on the conbacks isn't done by me.SuicidaLP wrote:you made those conbacks or u've found them on the web? they're really good

Hellsing pak
So this pak is based on the series called Hellsing. You can find info about it from here and here . Some of the icons are the same as the ones in my older pak because they fit the new icons and IMO are already so good that I didn't have the motivation to try and make them even better. Some of the gu...

Well this is the thread: http://www.aq2suomi.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=5669
I guess most of the old stuff has already been removed or lost some other way, but you never know what you might find.

Well the shadows still look very unnatural, I don't know how you have handled the lightning in that map but it just looks wrong. There just isn't enough shadows. It doesn't seem that the light comes from a single point (sun) but from everywhere since only the deepest parts of the caves have shadows....

Well I've been the one updating it lately. Though it seems that everybody goes to poro because he has been the one to talk to before (and still is of course, I'm just an add-on :) ) or they don't know that I can update the site as well. Also I think that most new stuff goes to a certain thread in aq...

Well all of these three maps are simply too big. If I remember right there are some limitations for q2 maps of how complex a single map can be. If it has too many solids or whatever the limit was about then it simply won't compile. And these maps would take ages to compile even on new PCs if you cou...

32-bit: Glock, knife, laser
Just finished this skin for the Glock and I guess there isn't anything special to be said about it except that I suppose it can't replace akimbos. I can't share the knife model for you but I can share a modified skin for it, so here you go. It also comes with a modified version of my previous (.md2)...

I'd keep picmip limited to 0 but hey, it's just me... I would also lock all the skies on the maps so ppl couldn't change them. Are those two cheating in my opinion? Yes. Do I care much if ppl use those methods? Not really. Not getting enough fps without picmip sounds kinda made up. Sure if you have ...

New 32-bit player skins
So here I bring you some new skins for a change. You can get all of them also from Action Gear in zip-format. The Police skin is almost identical to the original one, though sharper and with a bit more detail, because imo it's probably the best looking one out of the original 8-bit skins. And thanks...

I didn't have the motivation to do everything like menus, mouse cursor etc. so I just added the new icons, scope and conchars as an alternative for those found in the original Red Velvet pak. You can download 'em without any of the Red Velvet stuff or you can just name the new pak with a bigger numb...
