I don't give a shit.
Have you/anyone asked them what's the problem?
Everyone can have a modified quake2.exe these days since iD Software has made the source public. AprQ2's aq2.exe, NoCheat's nocheat.exe etc. are all modified quake2.exe files. Maybe they compiled their own quake2 with their own modifications and just named it quake2.exe?

On what servers did this happen?
Some servers seem to go completely bananas when you start lagging. And it looks like [NARF]active is lagging on that last pic, when looking at that strange thing he says "Fu9SBY" or something.
I recently had a strange lag on the tyldum servers with lot of pl and ping 999. When I came back into the game I was kicked for speedbot. So I would definetely say this is not proof of anything other than that [NARF]active has a lousy connection.

i remember the first time, when i did something i thought was wise, with my autoexec.cfg and that was about the result :D
so that's nothing. might happen to anyone. like akicker said, one shouldn't trust in NoCheat. about aq2admin, all i can say is that the "modified q2.exe" is BS
