Can't Tokyo become part of the NC map list?

I was just wondering...

can't tokyo become parte of the NC map list?

cause PT team would like to select that map to one of the three chosen maps...

if this can't be done, I'll change the PT sign-up map information.

as far as i know, tokyo is on that list.. at least.. i thought it was changed
