Well angra, you could do something like that, but it would be quite messy. Some triggers/aliases changing the cl_highlight's after certain messages, but it would only work if kill messages were standarized (f.ex., all should contain ->) to get it to work.
Messy as hell.
Maybe Maniac could come up with a different color for say_team messages (if possible). Or change the color of messages sent by someone with a certain combination or letters in his nick (most common, tag).
If it's possible, of course.

hello, i've made a thread before 'bout this (http://forums.aq2world.com/viewtopic.php?t=1936) & mikuza made a site for triggers & stuff, but i noticed a problem (that's included in those triggers caracol posted) that when you changed your name, or someone else does, it triggers the binds (like %K etc..), so i made a new one that works for every weeapon and you won't get upset again when that happens:
where "fragg" is
alias fragg "%K... blah blah etc"
i just removed the word "to" (asdf changed his name to..)
oh & btw here0s another for when you hit someone
again, "jit" is alias jit "blahahlbuj"
but i made it just for the sniper (the kevlar one), cause when i hit someone with mp5 or m4, it keeps flooding with the message.
but still happens with the 2nd one.
