There is an editing contest @ own-age.com running,
maybe we could syndicate and try to compete vs the strong q3 / ut / cs movie maker teams with old school (a)q2 :-).

I have lots of material with nice frags,rounds since I startet to record everytime I go online. I think Den said there are demos from latest AQ2WLeague Season 2, migth me somethign usefull there too..

i have some things to. since the apr1.18 i had on autorecord and have lots of material.. i think it is a good idea, nothings like an aq2 movie

IT would be a fucking great idea, also to advertise our cosey little community.

I think the guys who a good at making these cool aq2 movies we all enjoy should bunch up and make one cool movie that shows what AQ2 is all about. Throwing knifes and handcannon kills and all that.

well.. about the jumps.. maybe some have jumpkills as i call it.. they are rare.. think i saw one in action ulimited 2, that was pure luck.. so it doesn't happen to often

I'm guessing, when you kill someone while either you or him are still in-air?

I got some demos where I kill people while I'm in air, in some rather complicated jumps.. both with and without lens-zoom on my sniper.

That should be okay?

Great idea. I have my own q2tdm project going on, but i could be a movie tester for sure and make some recams. Who will be receiving, watching, collecting and judging the demos? Who will do the video editing? Meistor?

most frags/game movies is just frags...alot of em.

I would like to show some unique aq2, not the "Oh lololol I had the luck hitting 3 hs in a row" <---Luck ftw only.

Or the "I got quad and best weapon and the thickiest army, I am unstoppable vs the machinegun, so terminator"...

Sure, some of those clips are nice, but we got extremly long-distance knifes, we got AMAZING pistols "host, who am I thinking about, bot on" and the thing that really should be shown is the SPEED of ACTION quake, I mean, camping B at dust2 and then take 3 hs...wow...amazing, comparing to do one of the jump on example u2, take 3 with your m4, throwing it, sending a knife to once ribs, and then end with 2 singel heads with pistol while fooling around.
That shit timed with heavy music and ALOT of perspective views, showing it what action really are (Arild show em the key-gripskillz) would make a winning movie...I would like to see that movie, I got tons of demos, but on the other hand, who hasn´t after 7 years addicted to the no.1 drug X)
