anyone know why they closed down boomtown ? whern't they used all the time ?

Because TDC (the ISP that owns Boomtown) decided that they wouldn't have any game servers that didn't create a profit, and seeing how you can't reserve spots on a q2 server for "certain members", they couldn't see why they should keep them up.

I would make that poll but it would be useless. Whats the point in another uk server when the ones we have are unused?....

Get the wireplay one to actually appear normally in all seeing eye... i.e. send a heartbeat to master servers.
Then get someone active to admin it. Then we can get decent maps on and kick any lame cheat0rs. Win.

ok so thx empherphis give me the client i need to play on these pt ip's you gave me and ill soon be showing you how its done?

(wireplay too pls)...by the way emu the norweigan server catchgamer public is always active during normal gaming hours (and i believe that a danish public server would help make aq2 more active)...as uk servers go (i.e wireplay and maybe other uk servers) i think a uk server would be a good "halfway house" for all europeans as uk is pretty much in the middle of the gaming aq2 community (and i reckon it would interest portugese aq2ers too)...by the way mortah id admin a uk server if the interest was there...just show me and teach me the rcon commands... :]

andy do you ever have any thing nice to say?...i know an active uk server is beyond reality...but at least im fookin tryin?!...fook off and play bf2 if yu have nothing constructive to add...
