I used references from city by Ruskprick and actcity2 CryptR to make a new control point map for Team Fortress 2!

This is version 2.0, so more iterations will be coming out.
Unholy matrimony of actcity2 and city

They even look Q2-like... and I think that isn't that much of a compliment.
But it's indeed funny to see stuff getting made out of the ugliest maps AQ2 has ever seen. (Ok, there are some others too, but who enjoys city nowadays?)
I don't pretend to offend though, it's an appreciable work what you did there.

Yeah there's only so much you can do with new technology to make old maps look palatable.

I was thinking about remaking Temple and reintroducing the "Capture the Egg" scenario, may translate well to TF2, who knows.

A neat attempt, but yeah, you can do much more with the textures and adding detail to update the map. Just use it as a general layout.
I think the RQ3 version of CITY pulled off the updating bit pretty well. If I recall, ACTCITY2 was never officially ported, so can't really comment on the RQ3 version of that.
