The use of mm3 during matches just adds more fun. With limchase activated, there is no cheating involved. Aq2 is a teamplay game, where a team struggles to gain success. How the fuck can mm3 with limchase be cheat?
In the early stages using mm3 I see no advantages at all. But of course, after hours practicing, the disadvatage turns into an advantage and you learn to use mm3 in an effective way. This is what is so fun. The team makes another step just to improve their teamplay.
I am so very positive for mm3 use.
And another fun thing. I have already been told several times how anti-social online gaming is, now communicating with people is rated cheat. That's just terrific, keep it up dudes.

This thread is getting long, and it is obvious that some posters do NOT read the whole shebang.
Read all or we will need to delete replies or close the thread. The last few pages has nothing new over the first ones, just someone stating the same arguments over and over refusing to read or comprehend what is said to them.
And come on, you can't deny these things.
Face it, in some situations MM3 is acceptable (just for fun CWs) and in some it is not (tournaments). Can't people agree over rules before they play? There is no way to check if the team is using MM3, so the whole thing would be based on trust anyways.
It is easy to spot when a team is using MM3, at least when abusing it.

Blue Vex wrote:You dont need to see the enemies just to help your teammate through voice communication. There are so many other ways to help them. When youre dead you could just tell your teammate something like "my weapon with full ammo is located in the streets", and that by itself is f#cked up imo.
Havent everyone JUST ONCE watched their teammate run around with 0 ammo in their sniper rifle, unknowingly about it themselves? With some sort of voice communication, all you need to do is tell him "hey, you have 0 ammo, silly".
Or if an enemy is camping inside the house in cloud, and you die to him, you can just tell your teammates "he is sitting in the right corner, and I gave him leg damage before I died".
There are so many endless advantages to voice communication programs. Tousands and tousands of situations where you can give your mates a brief word, giving them an advantage. Just something small like "the remaining player is very low on health" is enough.
And come on, you can't deny these things.

Down, not across.
Excellent post by tyldum.
I'm tired of these nonsense replies. Define your 'fun' Blizzeh. If you find fun somewhere, then there is boredom somewhere aswell. While youre having fun with your teammates, telling each other where the enemies are and giving each other hints to your own advantage, the opponents are not having fun.
Fun for you doesnt have to be fun for everyone else in this world. Some people play games for other reasons than you. You should already know about the serious pro-gamers out there who attend to CPL. While you say "its just a game", they look at the game as a sport. So whats the right definition? Game or sport? Obviously, you can only find an answer for yourself, because everyone has a different feeling about it. And therefor youre using your time in the forums, trying to convince everyone that your feeling is the correct one. Why tell people they are taking the game too serious when they obviously enjoy what they do? Its like I said, serious can be fun for others, while its not fun for you. Why are you even posting here if its "only a game" to you?
Stop talking about what you define as fun and stick to the topic. Do you deny that a team who use voice communication gets an advantage over teams who doesnt? Read my previous post and see the advantages I mentioned a team will get when using voice communication programs, even when limchasecam is enabled. Do you deny that? I'd really like to see you and mostly everyone else write me a solid counter argument instead of talking about FUN and how someone can afford a Radeon 9800 while others cannot. Take Clowneh for example, wasting his time talking about how some can buy a better computer than others. He doesnt realize that its not a propper argument for this discussion. For years its been legal to enhance a game as much as possible by using the games' features out of the box. Voice communication programs doesnt come with the box. They are 3rd party programs, and should be treated like every 3rd party program has been treated over the years.
You want to allow a 3rd party program into your game now, but where does the line go, and who draws it? If you can use a 3rd party program to talk, can I use a 3rd party program to make my capslock button bindable in-game? Its not a big deal, just another free button. Thats nothing compared too the voice communication, is it?

how about this for mm3: it can also make u lose ur concentration, which some people very much need to hear the sounds,a nd if some people are screaming where a enemy is this can work very irritating.
its just for fun nothing serious, its not like u can say: hey he 5 meters from the left and 4 meters from the next corner. U wont get that fast.
So dont fucking whine that it is a cheat and especially with limchasecam on it isnt cheat. Ur arguement about telling people where a full gun is could only work in the enemy's advantage to lead im in a trap. Also the gun could have been picked up by a enemy and then this info is toally useless.

Repsaj is one of those guys who could turn spikes and wallhack legal because when youre using them "you concentrate so much about not playing suspicious, you also play worse".
With my skills I could abuse voice communication programs without any problems. Guess you cant, Repsaj, but even though you cant do something doesnt mean everyone else cant do it either. Also stop trying to counter-argument examples I've never mentioned (like "hes 4 meters from the right wall").
And stop with your theories. Like I said there are tousands of situations in the game, and I wouldnt tell my teammate that my weapon had full ammunition unless I was 100% sure of it. There are situations where I can be, and situations where I cant.

Oh the fun of reading some of these posts Lighten up ok
I guess its time to move on, every popular game uses mm3. Counterstrike, RTCW, ET, Q3A, Q2, QW, MOH, COD, BF, the list goes on.... and uhu they have also limchasecam, and i dont see them arguing xxxx pages about it Biggest problem with the aq scene is, its a 'i-dont-like-it' group of ppl, most cant accept any changes.
Oh well!
They do get an advantage, but only a lil bit. How about the so-called pr0 clans with their massive teambinds thing? Dont u think thats an advantage too?Do you deny that a team who use voice communication gets an advantage over teams who doesnt? Your takin this a bit too serious, bv I agree with you that it can ruin the game especially when theres a match. but everything can be said in mm2 too! It just depends on ur teambinds and ur teamm8sYou want to allow a 3rd party program into your game now, but where does the line go, and who draws it?
