Winamp+aq2

Hmm i got problem .. when i play music in winamp and play aq2 i only hear the winamp song , can i do something so i hear both sounds ?

Try to change sound sompatibility : MAX Performance -> Max Compatibility in options

Maybe it will helps

And try to change the output plug-in used in winamp.

I have the same but when I go gaming most of time I use Kazaa for music, because with kazaa it's able to play both at the same time, but then you get lag, so really most of time I just put a CD in my CD-player :)

I can using winamp while playing AQ2.

This is mine seting. Guys, try them. It should helps. But, maybe your audio cards making these problems and setings cant help u.

I think it depends on your windows version. i wasnt able to run quake2 with sounds and winamp at the same time under windows 98. With windows 2000 and XP i never had any problems.

It works now all i had to do was to change the output in winamp to Direct Sound :) ..

Dunno why u have cd_nocd 1 and 0 in ur cfg... O_o

Yeah thats bug :D actualy I have cd_nocd 1 two times :D but I changed it only in 1 place (didnt noticed) spec. for post.
