Need hints?

In the movie a (in real life) rapper gets stabbed by his (in movie) friend.
Drugs are also a big part of this film.

Couple hints more:
The rapper I mentioned on my last post has also co-starred with Janet Jackson.
Those two guys on the pic aren't actually the leading characters of the film
