Pressing my binding for scoreboard all the time, especially between two rounds, looks kinda nervous

when i get killed i always alt-tab to irc directly, and during the game i hit my reset-all button like after everything ive done.. shooting, bandage, etc etc.. funny with sniper since the zoom sound appears all the time then :> when i use m4 im switching between 3burst and full automatic everytime a round begins.

Pressing mouse2 for zoom/unzoom even when using spray script for m4/mp5/m3 where sensitivity is always the same and it reminds me everytime [SPRAY MODE] :> Thats why i have normal and spray mode and i cant fuckup my sens when using other weapons and not sniper :>

funny somehow, seems like i combine everything of your tics 
i always reset sniper, press nervously x to view scores then alt-tab to irc after returning to quake i check burst mode few times. if the rounds im dead in, last too long i check some pron pics or mp3s in between

Because my TIC is to press mouse2 in 5s at least 2 or 3 times, I have SPRAY/NORMAL script. When using NORMAL, mouse2 zooms and change sensitivity right? Then , when I play with other weapons I use SPRAY script because I dont want my sensitivty to change because of pressing mouse2 button non-stop Hope you get it now

Just before dying i drop my weapon (if not already dropped).
