I might be a total noob, but explain this to me.
When had ISDN, I played bomba2 and considered it UNplayable. Now I can play it properly, I even like it, although it's still a harsh performance eater.

i think ppl only mentioned maps they have a lower fps on, i've got 30-50 in every map, except the ones i mentioned as having no support for SW, so those, and ex. ap, i am really not able to play anyhow :<
i mean, your pc's run the maps, and you can actually play in them?
dunno, if this was ment as not being able to play at all, or having small graphical losses ;o

imeiz: both actually... but I was more interested in the ones that I could affect by adding/removing something to the map I'm making ATM... so that it will (hopefully) be playable for as many as possible while still being as visually appealing as possible...
Some people would consider a map unplayable if the FPS drop below 100 if they are used to playing at 400 FPS
the ratios are all the same anyway... so the same map would probably drop from 40 to 10 FPS on an older computer... it is the 10FPS situation I would want to avoid

... that is... if I know what maps and where problems exist, it might be possible to find out what the problem is, and learn from that maps mistakes..

There's an edit button y'know NRGizeR, you can use it if you want to add something to your post or remove something from it.

and the difference between this and adding another post being...?
besides... I don't like it when people edit stuff in.. I mean, if I've read a post once, I don't go reading it again just to check if a post has been edited or not.... if you look at the timestamps on those two posts, the second one is posted 4 hours later than the first...
If you want to add something right after you've posted, the edit function is great tho...
WHATEVER
(just ranting on anyway...)
