i'm using the "action quake 2 install v2" and i dont have any quake2 folder

Hey, don't be mean to newbies 
Install makes folder to your harddisk like c:\games\quake2\ or something you pointed when you installed the game.
Now download that .zip and put it to that folder I meantioned above. Now just run runaq.bat and it should be working.

ok, i've tryed everything that's ben wroten above. i've don it exactly how it's suposed to be don..so, if anyone knows about something else that maybe can help...post it here.

I had the prob myself.
I was using NC as client and it seemed like that my mouse and picture is kinda like "slow".
What helped was that I just wrote vid_restart to console (buttom ยง, on the left next to buttom 1) and it did the trick.
Then I just put "vid_restart" command in the end of my .cfg file.
hyena.cfg u can find it at these aq2world pages.

Doesnt this look the problem my mate has in the thread at " http://forums.aq2world.com/viewtopic.php?t=2113 ".. check it out, theres some ppl trying to solve our problem by posting sum links for things they think may work, maybe one of those things may work for you? gl ! tell me if you found out the problem please! u can find me at #clan.sd !
