There is a batteryloader with it though? So if you dont use.. the battery will be reloaded?

It does come with a docking charger which doubles as the wireless reciever just like the MX700, so when the battery is empty, or close to empty you can sit it in the charger and it'll recharge.

Unlike the MX700 mouse the MX1000 has a built in rechargable battery instead of two rechargable AA's (or were they AAA's?).

It uses a lithium based battery I think. You know, sort of like the ones to keep the CMOS settings on your motherboard.
