We have a strict policy conserning cheats on the servers, and do you really think we should change it because you're not a 12-years-old Finnish dude? So what if you're known in the community and so on? You broke the rules - you serve the punishment. It's as simple as that.

I just want to clear this out. I'm getting permpbanned from boomtown and tnx and there's nothing I can do about it what so ever?

Maybe admins should reconsider that punishment a bit..
Aka did wrong, that's right.. But after all it didn't made harm to anyone, only decreased aka's respect (known as a cheater =)
I'd recommend that the ban stays for like 2 months or so, I bet he won't use any illegal client ever after that.

We reset the banlist at least twice a year.

If we start special treating this case, we'll have all the cheaters ever caught claiming they weren't doing anybody any harm or the like, and we might as well start accepting cheats on the server then.
If you want to cheat, start up your own server and play there.

I totally agree with Morpher, aka deserves his punishment
cause if they removed the ban every cheater could say like aka does
