open your aprconfig.cfg placed into action dir.
change "gl_driver opengl32" with "gl_driver openg32"
save it and make it read only.
copy aprconfig.cfg from your action dir to your baseq2 dir.
execute aprq2.

If servers and players would use anticheat, this kind of thing wouldn't be a problem.

Sure, you can set gl_driver whatever you like as the above screenshot shows, but try doing a vid_restart after that, and you'll either crash (AprQ2) or fall back to software mode since Q2 can't load that DLL. If it was part of his config, then one would expect it to be set to openg32. When switching game types (baseq2 -> action) Q2 does a vid_restart, if at that point he didn't crash or fall back to sw mode it is likely openg32.dll existed and was loaded.

Of course it's impossible to be 100% sure (or even 50%) just from cvar checks which is why I encourage use of anticheat. I will say however that this is very suspicious.

If he had gl_driver openg32 IN HIS autoexec.cfg AprQ2 WOULD load that ONLY if openg32.dll exists.
IF file aint there AprQ2 wouldnt even start.

I dont usually take part in these cheating threads but this one is interesting. On one side there isnt really any solid evidence he is wallhacking but on the other why the fuck would anyone change that in their config? What i do believe is that this guy is a genuine bona-fide idiot, so him leaving out an 'l' seems likely. But why would he need to change it to leave out an 'l'?!?! Im so fucking confused.
