No he doesn't, not if he's supposed to dive in the water at least. He's probably got the right suit if he's doing some NASA-related excercise in the water, which is very likely since earth is the "blue planet" and his spaceshuttle probably will land in the water if something goes wrong.
I don't get it. I thought my Muhammed Ali-movie guess was pretty decent, but now I'm just lost

I'm gonna wait 'till someone guesses it or it's revealed.
