edfex... well, you got some really nice frags there, and the music even aint bad, but try to present your frags better The tripple pistolheadshot in the end is awesome, and so is the 180°sniperheadshot on rok..
Maybe choose some music that supports the video a bit more, because the frags are definitly worth it
You got some frags that are just shown without focussing them... maybe a slowmotion, or a repeat, different camera setting.. dunno. The frags are too nice just to let them pass by that easily.

There is one problem. I don't have skill but I'll try to learn. This was first time I used Vegas and I have lots of visions but I decided to start with not so ambitious project that I wouldn't give up. Now I'm keen making more movies so let's see in the future.
