And if server would only accept textures with a certain size, you wouldn't be able to use alternative or even 32bit textures (might be wrong on this point since it's just based on logic - some of our mappers might know more on this).

editing my post seems useless, since nobody would notice it from the 2nd page.

i just realised my demos and screenshots all go into my q2stuff/, so they're not in my q2 partition(2gb of space taken). 800+ files in my action/maps/, and there's no .txt's. ^^

my is 0,00 MB because i dont got it anymore :p but when i had it i think it was 600 MB

l0ki, Mmh. I was sure, but you might be right, still, then I have no clue about how a server recognize a texture with the texture on the client-side, and decide whether the texture is accepted or not. If I'm not totally wrong, I think even the server says something with wrong size on the textures, when you get kicked out for modified files. I don't know..

Twz, you shouldn't just quit aq. You are skilled, and should continue playing.. You love the game as much as I do, and you know it.

But you should have admitted what you did, and everything could go back into normal.

seetrough thingie is saved in the map file itself... so that could be an explanation...
