What I was trying to say was that you have to complete the rules and put them anywhere before the signup is closed. I for one won't sign up to a league where the rules can be silly. I suppose they are gonna be quite ok, but I'd rather wait for the rules than pop out of the tourney after it has started.

how about another "check in day" for teams that were afraid of the esl page? to enable them an old fashioned sign up... i think "we" could win some more teams like that.
