Jersey Girl is not correct.
Since that seems to be quite hard I'll give you two hints which should help a lot if you've seen the movie.
1) The man in the picture is a comic book author
2) The woman is a lesbian

No, this is not Monster. Here's another two hints:
1) The movie is written and directed by Kevin Smith
2) Jay and Silent Bob appear in this movie (yes, the two fellows which have their own title movie "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back" and also been in Dogma for example)

grover got it right.
Have you actually seen the movie or did you just search it from IMDb? If not I recommend it to you and everyone.

I admit, I checked imdb if I was right, but I did watch the movie, but it was a pretty long time ago, so I had to check.
Here's the next one:

That looks like french, and pretty close to it, I think.
The name is spanish though. English title will be also considered correct. Take another guess!

What I typed was in spanish.
But I was wrong, that's another spanish movie, the one I think is correct and the one I wanted to say the first time is: 'Todo sobre mi madre ' (aka 'All about my mother ' and 'Tout sur ma mère ' -as seen on IMDB.com the translated names).
