Remember JA

Post by n99 »

Anyone here remember the Jagged Alliance games?
I was wondering if someone knows any 'similar' games (or pure clones, what the heck). I don't care that they're old, I suddenly had the urge to play something like that again. Titles pls.

Yep, UFO(X-Com) Enemy Unknown is definitely one of the very best games I've played. I think it's abandonware now.
fell in love with the game

Cool, I'll try googling it, then. If you happen to no where to get it and it is abandonware, please be so kind as to post a link here.

I might be blind, but I don't think you can actually download the game there, only the manual.

UFO: Enemy Unknown (X-Com: UFO Defence) has been awarded as the best game of all time, again and again and again and again and again. It's the best game ever made. Too bad you can't run it properly in Windows. I recently found out how to play X-Com Apocalypse (the 3rd game in the series) with Windows, but it's not worth it. The game rules, but it runs slow and the sounds are lagging.
If you want a great game, try World of WarCraft.. :)
