Hm, my sata drive crashes each time i go over 220FSB, and deletes everything. WHY?!

I WANNA OVERCLOCK.

PC specs:
AMD64 3000+ Winchester
MSI K8T Neo2-FIR
K8T800Pro Chipset
Hitachi Desktar 160gb SATA
TwinMOS 512(256x2) Dual channel Kit

All drivers and such are up to date. Tried most things, but suggestions are welcome..

-edit- I also have problems with the sound from the soundcard on the m-board, no bass at all..-edit-

try to put in a higher vcore value first, i dont know how the sata's respond in an overclock very well, but there has to be a controller and controllers can be updated with firmware, correct me if im wrong

It could be ur SATA controller cant handle the overclock I had it with my RAM it just made my comp crash after a while with a blue screen or a strange error :(. U could look for some computernerd forum (in english cause I got a nice 1 in dutch but I guess u aint dutch ;)) and ask again. This is more a problem 2 be on a nerd forum instead of this forum I guess :)
