Thats cause you dont know the story behind
It was the server from all oldskool dutchies years and years ago, back in '98. And one of the main reasons to set this up was to get many old skool dutchies back in the scene, the maprotation is quite simular to the maps being popular in that time.
And besides that, the configuration isnt 100% complete yet.
