Seriously.. there arn't _ANY_ AQ2:Gangsters! servers up any more..

If I had a badass connection and a servercomp, I'd setup a few sniper-only servers, and a AQ2:G! or two in a secound!

AQ2:G! was the best thing that ever happened to AQ..

I just think it was a bit to complicated for some people.. too bad, I always have fun on LANs with old-school friends..

anyone remember the Norwegian Whalers server when it used AQ2:G! and a password?
You had to be l337 and know how to use Gangsters! in order to get the password to the server..

Loved that server..

Arn't there any Catch-admins here that feel the same way? I could help you set-up a Gangsters! server if you need any help, configs, FAQs, maps, locations or sounds.. ?

AQ2:Gangsters is a mod for AQ2.

It's fun. I'm in if you want to play sometime Proto.

aztecx, and it pisses me off when people doesn't even try to find out things themselves. Like they should get everything on a silver plate :P

and back to the real subject:

I tried Gangsters mod once many years ago, and if I remember right, I didnt like it that much :/ Though Gangsters-mod server would be nice addition to recent serverlists, I bet it's better than TNG's CTF/other mods.

Bah, setting up CTF on a public server is like taking a dump in your best friends underwear drawer, seriously. People just run around shooting each other, not understanding how their team won't win, and why people respawn all the time..

And about Gangsters!, if you don't have the right G! configs with the right binds, radiocommands and right people to play with, I could agree, it probably isn't that fun..

But then again, AQ with unbindall isn't much fun either..

To make your G! configs correct is a very important part of playing G!.

Proto: perhaps I can fix it when I get 100mbit, depending on the ping, and if all my "computer" part's are still working.

seriously we need to get something going on gangsters. playing 6v6 on teachers is like the coolest thing in aq2.
