greetings peeps

was wondering how do you make it so only captains can speak globaly and other players can only use teamtalk (messagemode2) in matchmode on a tng server ?

0 is the default where everybody can speak all the time.
1 means that noone but the captains can speak in mm1.
2 means that everybody can speak mm1 until both teams are 'ready', then it's only the captains that can..
