Irc through IE

Is it possible to connect to an irc-server through a webbrowser?
Is there such a thing?
This would be very handy for me when I'm at work and school

There is, cant remember the name of it anymore. I wanted to use it on school too, when i didnt have my laptop yet, but it didnt work too good for me, some weeks later i had my laptop, so no need anymore. It excists at least

im once have used this irc IE thingy... it was different than the one from den but i cant recall what site it was.
