Fixture / Result emails

Hi everyone. This thread is a little further explanation on how to create those fixture / result emails.

FIXTURE EMAIL

The fixture email is, like the name already says, an email that gives your admin information about a specific match. You have to send it as soon as you and your opponents have fixed a match. Remember: BOTH TEAMS HAVE TO SEND IT!

Example:

"Subject: [AQ2World-League] [Division 1] [Fixture] [Playday 1] [Koksnutten – Apprime]
-------

Date: 20.4.05
Time: 21:30
Servers: Last Resort and Duraworks"

Easy, isn't it? Now let's go on to the Result Email.

RESULT EMAIL

This email is to report the outcome of a match. Again, both teams have to send it, including scorescreenshots of both maps. Like that there won't be the possibility to haxx the result. Please send also a short comment about the match, just one or two sentences (will appear at the page).

Example:

"Subject: [AQ2World-League] [Division 1] [RESULT] [Playday 1] [Koksnutten – Apprime]
-------

Cliff2: 20-10
Riot: 10-20

It was a nice match with no problems after all. Good Game!"

Remember that you will get a penaltie point for each email you don't send (correctly). Those emails are really important, so please keep an eye on it. You can find the emails of your specific admin here: http://www.aq2world.com/?p=league&type=admins

If there's still any questions, ask them here. Thx.

Should the mail also include the map we are going to play in that match or do we tell it to admin just before the match?
