This sux. aq2 is way more exciting than soccer or almost any other sport on the telly. i think i am not the only one who likes this game that much that he would spectate the games if he could...
Cant someone write some client/server tool which submits the data by an official spectator (kinda-moderatorlike)? i aint got any clue if its possible/how much work it might be... but i think i would use it pretty often, especially now since the league started... just think about the possibility to watch your favourite clan in some special game live

there is a tool for this. however, very unstable. so it crashes alot!

There's already better stuff than only the round-display on IRC.

If you're the serveradmin of a tng-server, you can start a serverside irc-client that shows the frags going on.

And yes, a "Q2TV" would be nice.
The old Q2TV that guys are talking about is pure crap. It was a nice try - but even before years it was not a worthy proxy. It was a windows-proxy and nobody wants a windows-program sitting on a server. Re-code it 100%.

But who of you can code C? .. and has experience with the Q2 protocol?
