AQ2-Manager!

Hey guys
The last few days I have pondered the idea of starting an AQ2-Manager Cup thingy. The idea is:
It will be a mixed team cup, where people who are interested in participating will sign up here in this thread, for instance. Some of these participants will have to take on the role of team-captains, but more on this in a sec. Each player will be given a number on which the captains have to bid an amount of points. The people who want to be captains cannot be bid on.
Captains:
Captains have 120 Points available to purchase a minimum of 5-7 players (not determined yet).
The Captain bids on the players he wants on his team, but he cannot spend more than 120 points total on all his players.
Bidding:
Bidding works like this: Captains bid by messaging me (on #urangers) with the number of the player and the amount of points he wishes to spend on the player. Captains will message me with all the players he wishes to spend points on at the same time. The captain who bids the highest amount of points on a player will have this player added to his roster.
This will be known as the 1st round of bidding.

Players can refuse to join a team, but it will have conseqeunces. Say a captain bids 20 points on me, but I refuse to join his team, then I'll go on to the 2nd round of bidding. Now, any captain wishing to bid on me in the second round of bidding should pay say at least 10 points more than the first captain bid on me (in this case 20+10=30). If I refuse again I'll go on to the 3rd round of bidding where captains will have to bid at least 10 more than the second captain bid on me etc. A player cannot refuse more than 2 times.

Players who have refused to join a team, will continue to the next round of bidding, where captains will be able to bid again. Note captains who have been refused can still bid on other players who have refused to join a team, as long as it is not a player who has refused to play for him.

Should 2 or more captains bid the same amount of points on a player, the player will get to decide which team he will join.
Should a captain bid on a player but not "win" him, the points spent on the bid are not used and will be available to the captain in the following rounds of bidding.

The points the captain spends on the player is the player's starting value. Captains will have an automatic starting value of 25.
Valuepoints:
If you haven't figured it out yet Valuepoints is a way to determine how valueable a player is. The amount of points bid on a player is his starting value. Players may increase in value after each match depending on how
well his team did and his own performance.
Players/captains:
Players/Captains - Captains are also players, but with a predetermined starting value:
Players/Captains will earn further value by having the most frags, accuracy and damage - this is determined after each map, so it is possible for a player/captain to receive value points twice for having the most frags, the best accuracy and/or the most damage. Having the most frags, accuracy and damage will earn a player/captain valuepoints as follows:
frags: 2
Accuracy: 1
Damage: 1
At the end of the match both captains will choose a player from his team, who he believes to have played the best during the match, refered to here after as the MacthMVP. Being the MatchMVP of his team will earn the player 5 points.
Captains can choose themselves as MatchMVPs, but should a majority of the players disagree with this decision the captain will have to choose another MatchMVP.
If a player is on the winning team he will increase a further 5 points in value.
Here's where the actual 'managing' part is.
Managers:
Managers have 120 points to spend just like the Captains. The Captains determine the value of each player and each manager "buys" players by spending the determined amount of points on the player. The manager can have as many or as few players as he likes, but the total amount of points spent can't exceed 120 points.
Managers receive points depending on how well his select players perform - a simple case of adding each players value together will determine the managers total amount of points.
Of course people will have to sign up as managers also. Lists will be made where each managers total points will be updated regularly.
So, what do you think? Could this work? Would it work? Is anybody interested in participating?
NOTE: Nothing has been decided yet, it's still on the drawingboard I wanted to know if anybody would be interested in this.

Captains work like clanleaders basically, but other than that they determine each player's starting value by bidding on them - the first thing done before the season starts.
Managers on the other hand don't even have to participate in the gaming part of it, though they can if they want to. They just choose a couple of players they think will do good during the season and sit back and watch them play.
Btw, I wanted to add another thing to the managers. Managers should be able to "buy" new players during the season by "firing" others, so to speak. If a manager fires one or more players he will receive a similar amount of points as the players' total value. These can then be spent on "buying" new players.

Ok, so people didn't really understand my gibberish, so I'll try to clarify a few things.
Gaming part
In this category we have the players and the captains.
Captains
Captains work just like a normal clanleader would. He has to take screenshots or make sure it gets done and so on. He will have to make sure the team is ready to play and serve as a contact so we can get in touch with the team.
Now, I suspect this is the tricky part, players will have to have a certain value. If everybody had the same value every captain would want the same 5-7 players on their team, and every manager would choose the same 5-7 players for their manager-team.
This wouldn't be all that much fun, now would it? So to create some diversity Captains will have to bid on the player he wants on his team. The amount of points the player 'goes' for, so to speak (like an auction, you know?), will be the players starting value.
Captains will also be players in the cup, but because they can't be bid on by other captains when the teams are created, and thus has no starting value, Captains will have a fixed starting value (25 for instance).
Managing part
In this category we have the managers
Managers
Managers, unlike Captains, don't even have to participate in the gaming part, though they can participate as both a player and a captain in the cup.
When all the teams have been create and every player and captain has got his starting value the managing game begins.
Managers will has a predetermined amount of points to spend on players and captains. He can have as many or as few players as he wants on his manager-team. When a player, the manager has on his team, increases in value the manager's points total will increase.
