Searching for a player?

we have 2-4 players currently, so we are looking few guys more.
finnish people are preferred if we can find players that are good enough, but im not that sure thats gonna happen so if ur euro u can ask if ur
1. good enough, (A chain is only as strong as the weakest link and when your team mates are a constant liability it’s difficult to play with the freedom and clarity of thought required to make the correct decisions)
2. not a new talent (if i havent heard of u i wont even answer)
same goes for finnish people althou they might have a chance if they are a bit less than superduperskilled : )
