Usually I'm not that negative on tattoo's, but you might want to try bleaching your arm now..

Is there more than just a decorating function for that thing? When you walk over the street showing off to ze people what you got, what kind of impression do you want to give them? Or is just purely for self-satisfaction, something new, something that you always wanted, something that fills up your character? Burning star a.k.a. Pauhi... mmm.. makes a man think.

That is my caveat against christianity, crappy and abject religion.
It represents what I think and who I am, it's carefully thought.

I don't have any tattoos, but I don't think there's anything wrong with them either... I just don't trust myself enough to choose a picture that I'm going to wear for a long time (if not the rest of my life) on my skin.

However, the pentagram actually has a number of different meanings (just as any other ancient symbol, as f.ex. the swastika)
wikipedia wrote:Pentagrams were used symbolically in ancient Greece and Babylonia. The Pentagram has magical associations, and many people who practice pagan faiths wear them. Christians once commonly used the pentagram to represent the five wounds of Jesus, but its more modern associations are within the Craft (Freemasonry).

The pentagram has long been associated with the planet Venus, and the worship of the goddess Venus, or her equivalent. It is also associated with the Roman Lucifer, who was Venus as the Morning Star, the bringer of light and knowledge. It is most likely to have originated from the observations of prehistoric astronomers. When viewed from Earth, successive inferior conjunctions of Venus plot a nearly perfect pentagram shape around the zodiac every eight years.
Sooo... you could just as well use the pentagram as a symbol FOR christianity if you wanted :)

Hope I didn't rain on your parade :) (I'm agnostic as far as religion goes btw :) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agnosticism)

Does it really matter? It can also mean a brilliant mathematical form.

Anyway

christian insanity is the downfall of mankind.
