Inactivate commands with rcon?

Is it possible to inactivate commands with rcon on a server?

Example:

I don't want people to be able to change gl_coloredlightmaps between 1/0.
Or I want to have a specific highest value for gl_modulate.

Is this possible? Just inactivate the command, or people get kicked for it. Doesn't matter, just want to know if it's a possibility.

Thanks guys, this works if you're just trying to execute a command without any value.

But if you have to put a setting between values 0/1 it doesn't work. Is there a way to do that too? Since you said, stiffy, that there's such command for the gl_modulate limit.

EDIT: Is there any rcon commands list available somewhere? Would be quite handy for the most of us.

http://console.planetquake.gamespy.com//

There you go, there's 'normal' console commands which can be rconned, ofcourse.
[obvious] just add rcon sv stuffcmd </all> in front of it [/obvious]

That's nice, Janner, thx. But I've been there, and I still don't got an answer to my question. How to force the clients to have a setting at '0', and cannot be changed to '1'.

Thanks, Haudrauf. Your hints here, as in privmessages helped me alot with this.

Cheating can't be stopped completely, that's true for sure, but it's always something..
