On a hunt for a command!

Hey, I'm looking for a command to make the explosion from granades more fatal. I have noticed that you loose much more hp from the granades on public than on my own server(map urban).
On my own server, I can almost stand on top of the granade while it explodes, and not even die. While on public(catchgamer etc.), I die and fly long as shit.
Anyone know how I can fix this?
