Lag with R1Q2..

Hi guys, just always have the problem of 100% cpu usage when I load aq up..and I lag..r1q2 always says OLDFRAME on the lefthand side? Any ideas what this means? And is it something to do with the low (40) fps im getting? Thanks in advance for any light peeps can shed on this..

Also, I have 510 mb ram 2.8 ghz celeron..its pretty bad for gaming right? but decent enough to run aq surely? power supply is only 250w, could that be whats wrong?! iv got lots of ideas, but maybe you might have something a bit more accurate? many thanks anyway

thanks for the reply..using r1gl, but only because normal opengl doesnt work...just reverts back to software mode if i try..Just found that my psu fan is running at 1000rpm and theres low currents so I think the problem might be psu..ive tried everything else..

You probably are running cl_maxfps too high. Read the R1Q2 readme for info on how to set cl_async / cl_maxfps / r_maxfps properly.
