Problem: cl_maxfps locked?

I'm using AprQuake v1.20 with ac and on some servers, my fps seems to be locked. And no I'm not talking about the fps being as high as the refreshrate. With timerefresh I have more than enough fps, but when I try setting my fps higher (for example: cl_maxfps 150 or set cl_maxfps 150) the cl_maxfps still reports my previous setting (in this case 65).

Now I noticed it only a few times, but it's quite annoying on some maps (Citygate and Teamjungle for example). I noticed this on DA Main just now and have noticed it on another occassion (can't recall server). I would like to know if this is a known problem, if it's a client- or serverproblem and ofcourse if there's a solution to it.

Thank you for your attention.

The servers running on anticheat have limited fps of 130, however, i dont get why its stuck at 65.

Limit is 130 and if you set higher value it stays at setting you had before.

Hmm is that new then? I remember from earlier that when limit was in place the fps would automatically go to the max allowed ie. 130 instead of staying on the original setting.
