Lost connection

Aaay, I've have has this problem now for a while and i've tried all kinda of stuff (even got help from ppl at #aq2world) but none sems to work, well well.
The problem is that when i connect to servers with anticheat the loading screen comes asusal but when im on the server it takes all from one sec to five mins before the messenge "eC * lektyr lost the connection with the anticheat server", Now i got a new aq2 and all is orginal i got all anticheat stuff there is to download butt still same problem. Someone mabe know something that i missed?
