Server: weird strafejumping

Hello
I am currently hosting a server. A few people has problem to strafejump. You kind of get stuck in the ground. Doesnt happen all the time but often.
Anyone know how to fix ?

tried to do that yesterday... im running it on windows...
cant get the latest update to work correctly... still reporting 2.71...
