Heads up Display. For example, in AQ2 that would be your weapon info, health, ammo and frags. And possibly your console.

He just maby like how your hud looks and, its just like i liked WizardExt snipercrosshair, and i downloaded it from him.

Ok. Let's take it again. Slow this time.
Step One. He wants to see a picture of your Heads up Display (explained in an above post). To see if he enjoys the sight, or not.
Step Two A. He wants you to put that .pak-file(quake2's compressing method) on the internet so that he can download(this is transferring from the server to his computer) it to his own computer.
Step Two B. If he is smart enough, a simple picture(not with a camera, a screenshot(the little button to the right of F12)) will do, as he can edit his .pak-files in Pak Explorer.
Step Three. He will, if step one was satisfying, use your Heads up Display as a way of making his own quake2 look cooler.
Is that ok? I could put pictures with arrows if it's necessary.

What I'm trying to say is, why the fuck do you want to change them. Just play, stop fucking around with stupid HUDS, it's just numbers! As long as they work, nooooo problem.
