strafejump problems?

Any1 of u guys sometimes get some bug/ping/fps/something completely different issue that fucks up yer ability to strafejump?

Happens to me every now and then, have to restart q2 to get rid of it..

Any help on this matter would be.... helpful

Usually that strafejump failure makes me hit better

so i dont want to get rid of it, hehe
