Video Lockup - need help

Every game on the 16th minute, almost the 17th, my aq2 locks up (phonejack) and i have to cl_maxfps 1, wait some seconds for it to fix, and change back to my previous fps (120). It is very aggrivating, especially in clan wars.

every 16.5 minutes or so, it repeats. i was just in a server for 33 minutes and it locked up on the 33rd minute. any help plz!

This happens on my Shuttle (200w PSU) with a 9800 Pro inside it, running off a wireless network. I can't be arsed messing around with the method of deduction - so I'll just blame Den.
