I will buy it, I think, I'm not interested in (cracked) cs sources, I want to play the game. See what professional developers do with their own state-of-the-art engines. One problem, I heard you need a connection to the internet to 'activate' it. Which is a real bother, since my non-aq2 pc is gathering dust upstairs, and that's the one with the specs for it.
