Shells For Windows XP/2000

I have runned Litestep Shell for windows xp for some time, but it just keeps on crashing for different reason

(more then ever when i installed SP2) , so im not that found off it anymore any off you have a good equal graphicly and hopefully better stabel program?

for ppl that know what a shell for a operating system look @ www.litestep.net

Well I like linux but only on my linux machine

aynone aston shell looks like something i could consider, you can config own scripts etc right?
