Suggestion: voting

I would like to see a new vote system in Aq2 that actually (almost) make players vote. A similar system to the Q3 voting would be so much better.

Eg.:
Punejob calls a vote: map 187city yes(F1) no(F2) <- pops up on your screen.

The vote is up for fifteen seconds or so..

I like this idea, but it's very annoying in Battlefield, people calling up votes one after the other. Sometimes I just want to play, whatever the map is.

Nice idea

but I've had it with Q3 that people (same as Clown said) just call 1 vote after another that is kinda annoying.

Nope, voting is unnecessary anyway. Only votekick is handy.

It would have to be one of those discrete things up in the corner.
But maybe if people got kicked/silenced for calling two or more votes in a short amount of time.

When it comes to bf, I've not really played this game online, but I get the impression there's many more people online on each server. Naturally this causes more votes.

Kaaos, votekicking would also go a lot smoother ofc.

yeh i think its a nice idea as long as its discreet and doesnt disturb gameplay....would work very well with votekick more so than votemap

Yea but we are NOT that lame as other ppl in other games I hope :>
At least ppl would see that someone is calling the vote :> Centerprint like AWARD ANNOUNCES would be great

Then he's prolly the only guy in there doing so, but if you try hard enough you won't even notice it. My experience is I love it, when people call votes for kicking I vote yes no matter who it is.. Ha

It's been myself a couple of times and what's the harm? It's only public..

"PLS VOTE TJ!!!"
"this map is crap, let's vote for TEAMJUNGLE"

i like senseeds idea. hope someone will fix it... and on catch it isn't teamjungle thats the problem. everybody votes cliff2.. but thats not a problem

Well, I'm no expert, but I think this would have to include modding both server and client. I might be wrong, tho.
