Quake2 v3.20 Patch for Linux

as someone who has used quake2 on linux, i dont recommend using id software's linux port of quake2.
personally ive used icculus' quake2 source (previously known as relnev), and have found their improvements to be great. they've fixed bugs, and improved the rendering drivers significantly. i am mirroring this code and have written a bit about it here: http://slacker.home.cosmic-cow.net/port ... d_freebsd/
home page here: http://icculus.org/quake2/
also there's a ltktbm linux package available, which i have used successfully with a bit of playing around. msparks basically took the icculus quake2 source as a base, and ported all of his hacks into it. it works well.
