Assassin2 - [NEW MAP]

Fukken nice Wizsm8. Great design and everything seems to be considered closely. Now we just have to see how this "Ass2" works in teamplay, I promise that the map will be in next Pelitutka maprotation update (dunno when though). I would have voted this one in nMMC, if it just would have been there dB

that map is damn awesome. has got to be one of the best structures I've seen in an aq2 map, I'm sure it will play amazingly. Textures, graphics, brushworks - state of the art. Some idle sounds here and there wouldn have been cool but - who hears 'em anyway when you're spraying like there's no tomorrow

ok here are 3 jumps i did and recorded. I always watch the other guys demo's after i have tried myself so they are all my own. But i bet he's down some or all of them b4 me

Too big map for cw's, no doubt about that. (7v7 hl would be nice though ;)
Public... maybe.
There were many things that I did not liked in this map:
-Boring textures (Yea, this is the fashion, isn't it?)
-Basically the indoor areas are too campy
-The idea is not exactly the one that I like.
But also there was something good:
-Brushwork, I didn't find a single bug so far, prob. you've spended a 'bit' time testing this :P
-r_speed, oh my god.
-Jumps

I haven't had the chance to try it out on a server with people. Just 1on1. But is it really too big? I think it just gives a lot of opportunities. Okey, there are some indoor areas which can be camped, but there are many ways to attack. But I haven't tried it on a loaded server yet. Looking forward! My wish would be to spectate or participate in a clanwar on this map.Birdie wrote:

Sad to hear you find the textures to be boring, since they took me quite some time to create. But we all have different taste.
I guess you will be really dissapointed in my next Assassin release then.
