If you hit someone that's wearing a kevlar vest in the chest, while using knifes it will stand chest.
example: you hit senna in the chest.
Then try to press %D command, and it stands kevlar vest.
example: senna is injuried in his kevlar vest.

Really annoying huh?

As seen by the rather crude forms of sarcasm employed here, not alot of people are really that annoyed by it. You could, however, direct your complaints to the people that coded ´that shit´, in this case, the TNG team if I´m not mistaken.
