assuming you're using a "black box" type of home router: open a web browser at your router's ip, and setup port forwarding for port 80 to port 80 on the local IP of the web server
linux: look it up on google, iptables is what you're looking for
windows: has built in port fowarding in the properties of the connection, but ive never got it to work personally.
